Are you suffering from anorexia? Have you recovered from anorexia? Do you know someone that has or has had anorexia? Fashtastic is interested in hearing your story. Please submit your story and try to explain as much as you feel you can about your situation. Below are some questions to help you on your way, please try to answer as many of them as possible in your submission.

Please note: This is not an essay competition of any sort. I am solely seeking true stories from people that are or have suffered from anorexia or from people that know someone close to them that has or is suffering from anorexia. I am not accepting fictional stories. Please also note that the story you submit to Fashtastic may be one of the stories published on the website, you will remain anonymous if you prefer but your age, country and gender will be published.

Guideline questions (for people suffering from anorexia or for people that have suffered from anorexia):
- What do you think caused you to become anorexic?
- How do you feel when you force yourself not to eat?
- What was your lowest weight?
- What do you feel people have a hard time understanding about your situation?
- How do you cover up that you are not eating? Are there certain things you do so that people do not notice what you are doing?
- How have the people around you reacted to your weight loss?

Guideline questions (for people who know someone close to them suffering from anorexia or who know someone that has suffered from anorexia):
- How do you feel seeing the person close to you starving themselves?
- Do you find yourself frustrated or angry with the person in question?
- What do you do to try to help?
- What symptoms of anorexia do you see in the person in question?
- Do you have a hard time understanding the person in question? (What is hard to understand?)
- Do you ever find yourself taking a distance from the person in question?
